Adjust Servings:
500 ml Milk organic milk
.5 Cups Seviyan
Tablespoon Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
2 No Bay Leaf
4 No Green Cardamom/Elaichi Crushed to a powder in a mortar-pestle
1 tbsp Rose Water
8 No Dates Seedless, chopped
2 tbs Golden Raisin
8 No Cashew Nut Chopped
8 No Almond Sliced
8 No Pistachio nut Sliced
1 tbsp Chironji nut / Charoli nut

Sheer kurma is a rich dessert /Sweet consisting of various dry fruits, ghee and milk. this is one of  an easy recipe.

Sheer khurma or sheer khorma is a festival vermicelli pudding prepared by Muslims and Hindus Afghanistan, India, Pakistan,Bangladesh and parts of Central Asia.

Take a pan and add ghee to it, heat the ghee at medium heat.

Add Bay leaf and outer green cardamom crushed outer part to it.

Add seviyan in it and saute till light golden colour.

Add milk to the pan and let it boil for some time.

Note : The dates and raisins add a lot of sweetness to the milk, so add sugar accordingly.

Add sugar in it and rose water few drops. A pinch of cardamom powder as well.

Let it simmer on slow heat until it reduces to almost half.

Add the whole dry fruit mixture and cardamom powder in it.

Let it cool for some time and serve it chilled.
