Take a nonstick pan, add oil and spead around in middle-Keep the onion ring -Break the egg inside it.
Sprinkle salt, jeera/cumin powder and red chilli powder/black pepper powder on Omelet.
Turn on other side again sprinkle salt, redchilli powder/black pepper powder.
Cook on both sides - Quail Egg omelette is ready to eat.
