1 Cup Gram flour / Besan 1 Cup = 250 ml
2 Tablespoon Rice Flour
1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
0.5 Teaspoon Chilli powder
0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
0.5 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
To taste Salt
To deep fry Refined Oil
As required Water To make medium thick batter

Chop onion into length wise thin slices.

In a broad vessel put the Instant Bajji/Bonda Mix.

Combine all the ingredients (except oil).

The moisture of onions will coat the flour mixture; if not sprinkle some water and make a dry mixture.

Mix well with few splashes of water, to make medium thick batter.

Don’t add too much of water.

Heat the oil, sprinkle the onion mixture in the hot oil and deep fry in medium flame until it turns golden brown.

Goes well with Sambar Rice / plain pulao or serve it as evening snack with tea.
