2 No Egg Prefered organic egg
.5 Cup Mushroom
3 No Garlic Cloves ,chopped
2 No Green Chilli / Chili pepper Chopped
1 No Onion Small Size, sliced
1 Pinch Black Pepper Powder
To Taste Salt
2 Tablespoon Oil Olive oil
2 Tablespoon Coriander leaf Chopped
Optional
.25 Cup Bell Peppers /Capsicum/Sweet Pepper Sliced
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
1 Pinch Cumin Seed / Jeera
As Required Dried Herb

Chopped mushrooms, garlic, green chilli, capsicum(Optional) ,coriander leaf . Set aside.

Sliced Onion. Set aside.

Beat the eggs with salt, turmeric and pepper.

Saute garlic, chili and cumin in hot oil until the garlic smells good.

Saute onions and mushrooms until cooked and roasted.

Add coriander leaves and set aside.

In the same pan, add one more tsp oil and pour the beaten eggs.

When the eggs are almost set, add the roasted mushrooms. Flip and cook on the other side until eggs are cooked well.
