1000 Ml Milk 1 Liter
100 Gm Custard Powder
100 Gm Sugar
1 Cup Pineapple Cubed cut
1 No Apple
1 No Pomegranate Anar
7 No Dates
1 Cup Mango If in season
1 No Banana Small
.25 Cup Cashew Nut Chopped
3 Tablespoon Almond
.5 Cup Water

Fruit custard is a simple, tasty, and relatively healthy dessert option that harkens back to an earlier time. If you have great-tasting fruit, your custard can’t go wrong. Experiment with different exotic fruits, as well as different combinations, to learn a wonderful new technique and start turning eyes.

Add the custard powder to 1 cup milk, mix well, and set aside.

Chopped the fruits and dry fruits .


Bring the rest of the milk to boil and add sugar and boil 3 mins.

Add the custard mix slowly to the boiling milk.

keep on a low flame and keep on stirring till the milk begins to thicken.

You have to stir continuously as to avoid forming lumps in the custard.

The custard will start thickening. avoid making to a thick consistency, as on cooling the consistency thickens more.

Switch off the flame and allow the custard to cool.

Add fruits. mix well and serve the fruit custard.

Let it cool for 30 mins.

Keep in refrigerator for chilling the fruit custard and serve it later.
