Adjust Servings:
2 No Egg Egg/Duck
2 No Onion Medium onions
2 No Tomato Medium tomatoes
2 No Green Chilli / Chili pepper make a long, narrow cut in
0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seed / Jeera
2 Teaspoon Oil As desired
1 No Garlic Garlic clove cut up into very small pieces
1 No Ginger Small piece of ginger crushed
0.25 teaspoon Chilli powder
0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
0.25 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 or 2 Pinch Pepper Power Optional to replace Chilli power
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
1 Sprig Curry Leaf
To taste Salt

    This Egg recipe is easy and any one can make it in any time.Egg Masala Fry can side recipe of lunch, dinner etc..

    Add onions, fry until they turn golden.
    Add oil to a pan and heat it. Add cumin, ginger and garlic, allow to sizzle.after few mins Then add curry leaf.
    Add eggs, tomatoes, turmeric , salt and chili.

    Fry everything together till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy, if needed sprinkle little water.
    Add garam masala, chili powder and pepper. fry everything together until the mixture is nicely roasted for about 2 to 3 minutes.
    serve with rice, chapathi or even with bread or buns
