3 No Egg
2 No Onion
0.5 Cup Bell Peppers /Capsicum/Sweet Pepper
0.25 Cup Green Peas Frozen or fresh.
0.5 Cup Cauliflower Optional
0.25 Cup Carrot Chopped
0.25 Cup Spring Onion Chopped
3 Tablespoon Coriander leaf
0.5 Teaspoon Cumin seeds powder / Jeera powder
0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
2 Teaspoon Salty Soya Sauce
1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
To taste Salt
1 Tablespoon Oil

Egg fried rice is one of the easy recipe, but a huge favorite and crowd-pleaser.You can cook for Lunch/ dinner etc…

Note: this recipe is easier with day-old rice. It can also be made with freshly cooked rice, as long as it’s not too wet (try using less water to cook the rice than you normally would; you don’t want mushy rice that you can’t stir-fry).

Take oil in pan, when oil is hot add chopped cauliflower, green peas along with salt.

When they are half cooked, add onion, capsicum, carrot.cook them.

Add jeera powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Add eggs & Stir well to cook.

Add boiled rice and chopped spring onions.

Mix well and saute for few minutes. Garnish with Coriander.
