1 Cup Grated Coconut/Shredded Coconut
0.5 Cup Mango – Raw Chopped
3 No Red Chilli large roasted and crushed
4 No Shallot sliced
1 Teaspoon Ginger Adrak,½ inch
1 Sprig Curry Leaf 9 to 10 curry leaves
To taste Salt
3 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

You just need to find a recipe that works for you. And on that note, here are one of favorite.

Grind all the ingredients till it gets a paste like texture.

Preferably do not add any water during the grinding process. The moisture in the mango and coconut is ample.
