2 Inch Tamarind
To taste Salt

There’s no definitive recipe for the perfect coconut chutney. Sure, the regular chutney made using grated coconut, curry leaves, tempered mustard seeds and water is delicious, but you’d be surprised what a few little tweaks could do. You just need to find a recipe that works for you.

Put Tamarind in 1/2 cup water for 10 min

Grind all the ingredients except oil to a coarse paste.

Add coconut oil and can be used as side dish for like dosa, idli,veg stater or rice.
