1 Tablespoon Cottage Cheese
0.5 Cup Bell Peppers /Capsicum/Sweet Pepper sliced
1No Egg
0.5 Cup Corn Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
2 Cups Onion cubed cut
5 No Green Chilli / Chili pepper Sliced
1 Tablespoon Salty Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoon Vinegar
0.25 Teaspoon Ajinomoto
As of need Oil for frying
0.5 Cup Water

Chilli paneer is a popular restaurant style Indo chinese starter and a side made with Indian cottage cheese.

Cut the Paneer into cubes.

Cut Onions & Capsicum in cubed

Mix together the cottage cheese, 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.

20 mins

Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces caoted with mixture till golden in color.

Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions in it over high heat for half a minute.

Add the green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and the fried paneer cubes.

Mix well, and garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
