.5 Teaspoon Ajinomoto
2 Teaspoon Pepper Power
1 No Egg
2 Tablespoon Corn Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Salt To taste
As required Oil for frying

.25 Teaspoon Cumin Seed / Jeera
1 Sprig Curry Leaf
3 No Green Chilli / Chili pepper
1 Teaspoon Chilli powder
.5 Teaspoon Cumin seeds powder / Jeera powder
.5 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
.5 Teaspoon Ajinomoto
.25 Teaspoon Color Red
3 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce Garlic Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
6 No Garlic Cloves
1 Tablespoon Oil
To taste Salt
3 Tablespoon Coriander leaf Finely chopped
1 No Onion Medium size,chopped lengthwise

Chicken 65 is one dish which always has a special place at the table, the moment it shows up at the table it takes the privilege to disappear in no time.

For Marinate

Wash and cut boneless skinless chicken into bite size pieces.

Mix the chicken pieces with all the ingredients from list 1 and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces. Drain excess oil using paper towel and keep aside.

Heat oil in another pan. Add cumin seeds and fry till it splutters.

Add green chilli,curry leaves, garlic, ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute stirring continuously to avoid burning.

Now add cumin powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ajinomoto, chilli garlic sauce and red food color.

After half a minute add turkey/chicken pieces to the mixture. Toss everything together and switch off.

Sprinkle few drops of lemon juice, garnish with onions and cilantro. The chicken 65 is ready to be served.
