1 Cup Cabbage Fresh and soft, chopped
1 No Green Chilli / Chili pepper Chopped
1 Pinch Salt As taste
0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Sprig Curry Leaf
0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seed / Jeera
0.5 Teaspoon Black Mustard

Cabbage Raita is plays an significant role in lowering down your body temperature. Do you know that Yogurt is an anti-ageing food item and keeps you young for a long time. 🙂

Cabbage chopped and keep it in a side.

Green chilli and keep it in a side.

Put curd in a bowl and whisk it properly so that all the lumps are dissolved.

Now add chopped cabbage, green chilli, salt and black pepper in it.

Heat oil in a small pan and put cumin seeds or mustard seeds and curry leaves into it.

Let them splutter. Once the cumin seeds turns brown, pour the masala over the curd in the bowl.

Cabbage Raita is ready. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to get chilled. Serve it chilled.
