0.25 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Amchur powder / Dry mango powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
To taste Salt
2 Tablespoon Oil

Note :
If possible, wash the bhindi in advance and dry it at least 1-hours before making the recipe to remove excess moisture.

Wash and dry the bhindi and cut the stem and the tip.

Trim off the head and tail of the bhindi. chop the bhindi in 1 inch pieces. keep aside the chopped bhindi.
Onion finely chopped.

Take the chopped bhindis and stuff turmeric powder,amchur powder,coriander powder garam masala and salt in it and keep aside.

Heat the 2 tbsp oil in a pan, wok or kadai.Add the chopped Onion and and fry till golden brown.

Now add the stuffed bhindi and powder spices.Mix well, fry till they are done and become crispy.

Serve hot with chapatis, rice , roti..
