4 Tablespoon Gram flour / Besan
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
0.5 Teaspoon Amchur powder / Dry mango powder
To taste Salt
Oil For frying
0.25 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Bhindi Fry/kurkuri bhindi recipe is one of the easiest Indian starters recipes to follow that involves deep frying ladies finger(bhindi) to get crispy texture.

Note :
If possible, wash the bhindi in advance and dry it at least 1-hours before making the recipe to remove excess moisture.

Serve the bhindi immediately after deep frying for crispy taste.

Wash and dry bhindi.

Trim head and tail of it and cut it into thin slices lengthwise into four thin pieces.

Now spread the cut bhindi on a tray and sprinkle salt,red chilly powder,Turmeric Powder, garam masala,amchur powder in a large bowl.Mix gently.

Now sprinkle besan and spread it evenly so that all the cut pieces are covered.

Heat oil in a kadai or deep frying pan over medium flame.

Then add half of the coated bhindi and fry till they are crisp and brown. Repeat this with the other half.
Serve Hot
