400 Gm Paneer
0.5 No Green Capsicum Cut into small cubes.
0.5 No Yellow Capsicum Cut into small cubes.
0.5 No Red Capsicum Cut into small cubes.
2 Tablespoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
2 Tablespoon Red Chilli Red chilli paste
4 No Tomato Lage size and puree
0.25 Teaspoon Kasoori Methi
2 Tablespoon Mango Pickle
5 No Red Chilli
1Teaspoon Garam Masala
To taste Salt
1 Teaspoon Coriander leaf chopped

Paneer gravies are often made at home. i experiment and try making various gravies for paneer. The robustness of the pickling spices or achari masala makes its presence felt without getting over powered.Achari paneer is best served with tandoori rotis, phulka, parathas or naan. accompany a side veggie salad by the side.

Cut the paneer and capsicum and keep aside.

For the gravy- heat oil, add ginger , garlic and red chilli paste,Red chilli , tomato puree.fry for 2min till golden color turns .

30 mins

All powered spices, salt to taste, kasoori methi and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Add in the paneer and peppers and mix well.

Add in chopped pickle and masala.

In a serving plate serve the jeera rice with the masala paneer and peppers
